Learn more about Elizabeth in this short interview.

Special needs planning was a natural extension of my estate planning practice. Clients of all sorts have children with special needs and many lawyers did not have the expertise to help with their specialized plans. In addition, I have always liked helping the more vulnerable.

I help families who have children, both minor and adults, navigate the maze of public benefits law and provide plans that help secure their loved ones future when the parents are no longer able to help.

Young attorneys going into special needs law need to become familiar with the basic concepts, attend Stetson and other CLEs geared to helping families who have loved ones with special needs and fine a more seasoned practitioner to help mentor them through the learning process and always ask lots of questions

I am an avid pool player.

I would go to my lake house, catch up on a little work, go for a water ski, and then swim with family and friends and end the day with a cookout.
